I got this with permission from Rhianna Skywalker on JediJuggler's board (http://pub84.ezboard.com/bstarwarsuniverse27188).
I ask a question about the next poster's character, then they answer it and pose one for the next poster and so on...
(because you only answer the question in the post above, you can ask the same question more than once... although the one who posted after you before should probably let someone else answer it if it's one they've answered already...)
So...
What is your occupation?
Tacita Darklighter

Corran Antilles
03-23-2003, 01:25 PM
We played lightsaber limbo as we were drunken. Rules are easy: The limbo bar is replaced by an ignited lightsaber blade. You have to take a shot of alcohol then manage it to go under it. Any questions now why Padawans have such strange haircuts?

Samantha Koortyn
03-24-2003, 10:42 AM

For pleasure including good whiskey- Core worlds.
Now for those who have been in a freighter on a regular basis, and partly to trump Corran:
Ever had sex on a holochess table, and managed not to fall off?
Faryon Solo
03-24-2003, 09:31 PM
Several times. It's all about balance.
What? Hyperspace travel is boooring. You've got to do something to keep it interesting.
Ever seen a rancor up close?
Kale Ninjatsu
03-24-2003, 09:40 PM

Worst nightmare?
Jodi Sariss
03-24-2003, 10:40 PM
I had a nightmare once, in which whiskey did not exist...
Seriously, I have many nightmares, none of which I want to come up and bite me on the arse, so I shan't voice them and give them power.

What do you like in the Galactic Museum on Coruscant?
Jodi Sariss
03-25-2003, 05:53 PM
There's a galatic museum on coruscant?
Whod've thunk it...
And here I thought the universe revolved around money and alcohol...I spose I stand corrected. For now...

03-26-2003, 04:14 AM
I wouldn't say she's much of a "Hero" but Admiral Daala because she just WON'T DIE.

Where's Your Favorite Vacation spot and who would you go with if anyone?
Davheid
03-26-2003, 07:11 AM
I don't really vacation. But sometimes i'll wander out into deep space where i'm not likely to run into anybody and just enjoy being alone.
What was the most dangerous situation you've ever been in?
Kale Ninjatsu
03-26-2003, 07:32 AM

How do you find meaning in your life?
Samantha Koortyn
03-26-2003, 09:33 AM
I've come to the decision that there is no meaning in life. You just take what you're given, make the best of it, and then die.
When were you most afraid?
Sasha Antilles
03-26-2003, 11:18 AM
When I felt I was truly alone at a point where I was about 18 and thought (and was told) that Corran had disappeared forever and also at that point, both of my parents had passed away, force blessed their souls.
How were your parents like?
Faryon Solo
03-26-2003, 12:18 PM
I barely remember them, they were killed when I was five. All I remember of my father is his big hands and deep voice. My mother I remember as being very beautiful - but that could be no more than a child's assumption of his own mother's beauty.
When things look bleak, how do you react?
Kale Ninjatsu
03-26-2003, 09:00 PM
the way i see it is this, if im going to die, then i am meant to die there, i just hope that i die with the same dignity and honor as my father

Drallak Kenobi
03-27-2003, 01:35 PM

What (if anything) about the galaxy do you wish you could change?
Han Antilles
03-27-2003, 04:37 PM
My New Republic pilot's uniform. I am about sick of wearing orange everyday. :P

Draven Darklighter
03-28-2003, 10:59 PM
The personal ship is a YT-2400 named the Darkwing. I like the newer design. Same goes with my Xj-series, X-wing.
Personal question. Flight Suit OR Jedi robes?
Davheid
03-29-2003, 04:50 AM
I prefer tight pants - the ladies seem to appreciate it more.... so would that be jedi robes without the robes?
Where's the most interesting place you've concealed a weapon?
Jodi Sariss
03-29-2003, 07:52 AM
In my hand.
Really.
Prosthetic hand. Fitted like a glove. Nothing quite as amusing as the looks on people's faces when someone's hand comes flying off only to have it blow apart - mini cluster-mine - and fly in every direction before detonating.
Single use. I'll admit it was a novelty, but I'll admit I prefer to conceal things of the sharp and pointy persuasion on my person, in strategic places. Poison darts are a favourite, particularly things I have an immunity to. But as for places, you'd be surprised...and I'll say no more...
Fists or guns?
Faryon Solo
03-29-2003, 09:23 AM
Guns. Fists are just so uncouth.
How many times have you had to abandon ship (fighter or otherwise)?
Corran Antilles
03-29-2003, 10:46 AM
Twice. The first time was as I was caught by the tractor beam of a ISD. Don't know what they did with my X-Wing. *tries to suppress the memories of the Imperial torture*
Second time was a transport ship. I didn't wanted to abandon it, but Han knocked me out and did put me in an escape pod. Good to have a wingman and friend who takes care for you, when you are not thinking rationally.
The planet you visited after leaving your home planet for the first time?
Draven Darklighter
03-29-2003, 03:46 PM

Swoop or Speeder?
DarkMasterTrath
03-29-2003, 04:28 PM
Swoop - lighter, faster, dirtier, sexier.
What is the kinkiest place you have gotten stuck in with a loved one?
Corran Antilles
03-29-2003, 05:20 PM
Elevator. *starts to grin*
Your thought as you saw your homeplanet from space for the first time?
Drallak Kenobi
03-29-2003, 05:48 PM
I had an eerie premonition that I was never going to see it again (it was Alderaan).

Vader or palps, who would you rather face off agianst?
Draven Darklighter
03-30-2003, 02:22 AM
Mainly because He may be the most electrifying sith in in Jedi history, but the Draven could whip that candy ass.
Who are you more afraid of: Vader, Maul or Yoda?
Corran Antilles
03-30-2003, 10:10 AM

Tacita Darklighter
04-01-2003, 01:52 PM

DarkMasterTrath
04-01-2003, 04:38 PM

Bar Fight or Dog Fight?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-02-2003, 07:24 AM

Han Antilles
04-02-2003, 04:23 PM

04-03-2003, 07:19 AM
*shrugs* maybe he's bored, or he is attempting to bring us some humor
whats the worst torture you've been put thru?
Samantha Koortyn
04-03-2003, 09:42 AM
Being shot in the leg, hit several times in the face and head, and then having to suffer for over a day while the blaster wound festered, untreated. Then I had to watch an innocent couple die in front of me because I didn't have the answer the Imps were looking for. I'm not sure which was worse.
Emotional torture, well that's another story for another time.
What is your favorite food?
Corran Antilles
04-03-2003, 11:30 AM
Nerf steak Corellian style
Do you have a nickname?
Samantha Koortyn
04-03-2003, 12:17 PM
My smuggler's alias is Thera. My teen nickname (given by Marcus) was Spitfire. My current one is Ice Queen, of course.
Anybody else have a nickname?
Han Antilles
04-03-2003, 01:29 PM
My nick is "Iceman" and it is stenciled on the canopy of my X-wing fighter. I got it because I am cold, precise, and give no mercy to Imps.
How many barfights have you been in?
Corran Antilles
04-03-2003, 01:45 PM
Thanks to you, my dear wingman, I lost the count.
Did you ever wear your hair around the time of the battle of Yavin: (for males) as long as Han Solo and Luke Skywalker or (for female) in silly braids like Princess Leia?
Jodi Sariss
04-03-2003, 05:20 PM
Erk. I think the last time I was forced to wear my hair like that was when I was six, and not by choice.
Why do you think I wear my hair out so often now?
Most expenisive cargo you've ever run?
DarkMasterTrath
04-03-2003, 05:34 PM
None.
Have any of you ever been in an underground gang?
Corran Antilles
04-03-2003, 05:48 PM
Nope, I'm a CorSec agent's son. My father would have killed me when I had joined a gang.
What was your father's profession?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-03-2003, 05:48 PM
Im guessing you mean by an underground streetgang? If so then no, i was a good little farmboy.
I want to re-ask the most expensive cargo question
Samantha Koortyn
04-03-2003, 06:03 PM
People. A family of three to be exact.
I skipped out on the run and took them back home where they belonged, once I realized what was going on.
And I'll re-ask Corran's question: What was your father's profession?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-04-2003, 07:29 AM
*grins slightly* for the longest time i figured my dad was nothing more then a simple farmer, it kinda blows that it took the empire to help me see that my father was really a Jedi, one of the few ones to escape the jedi purge..for awhile at least...
Whens the first time you traveled in a spaceship?
Jodi Sariss
04-04-2003, 08:43 AM
Offplanet, that I can remember, would be when I was in my early teens. Actually, I was running away. Got sick of the spaceport, and before that, I might have been on a spaceship when I was little, but I can't really remember.
Strangest place to lose your virginity?
Faryon Solo
04-04-2003, 12:06 PM
A bathroom in the Imperial Palace. At one of the Emperor's 'entertainments' for the wealthy and important.
What's the closet you've ever come to a lightsabre fight?
Corran Antilles
04-04-2003, 01:30 PM
The closet? Being in a lightsabre fight. More than one time.
What would you do for 1 Million Credits?
Han Antilles
04-04-2003, 03:27 PM
Buy an X-wing and better parts for it.
And save the rest of the credits to buy more parts and another X-wing. Those damn New Republic accountants always bid on the lowest manufacturer to provide cheap parts.
Which comes to this question:
What are you constantly repairing on your ship?
Corran Antilles
04-04-2003, 04:23 PM
Gladly my X-Wing belongs to me. *g* And it's in a perfect state thanks to Whistler. When there is a repair it's because of a hit in a dogfight.
What's your favourite colour?
Samantha Koortyn
04-04-2003, 04:24 PM
Light blue.
What is your favorite drink? Alcoholic and nonalcoholic.
Han Antilles
04-04-2003, 07:58 PM
Alcoholic: Corellian ale.
Non-Alcoholic: Corellian ale.
What color is your astromech?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-04-2003, 08:06 PM
Well, i dont have an astromech, but can i describe my protical droid? He doesnt look much different then any other, he is god in color, except for his grey arsm which belonged to another droid at one time.
Why do you own a droid?(if you do)
Corran Antilles
04-04-2003, 08:33 PM
Because I programmed him as I was 16/17 as a task at CorSec School. Because I never wiped his memory, he's more like a friend than a simple astromech.
Did you steal something in your past?
Jodi Sariss
04-04-2003, 10:43 PM
Did I steal something in my past?
Since when has stealing not been a good way to get something I require?
Though I won't steal from those who definately don't deserve it.
Morals or 'scruples'?
Davheid
04-05-2003, 01:23 AM
Neither morals nor scruples. If anyone gets in my way i'll either blow them away or run around them.
and yes Jodi i've seen that movie too. Good innit?
Who would you do for a million credits? (interpret that whichever way you want)
Faryon Solo
04-05-2003, 08:54 AM
No one - I don't have to. I already have a credit line as wide as the Tattooine desert and an inheritance in the billions to come when my grandfather pops his clogs.
Of course, taking over the family business may ground me from the Rogues, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
But, now I've made that point, I'll ask the same.
Who would you do for a million credits?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-05-2003, 10:44 AM
Well, since i dont think someone would want my body for a million credits, ill just assume you mean who would i bump off. Heh, i dont think anyone would want to listen to me blab about how wrong killing is..unless there is no way to avoid it. Anyways, i make enough transporting contraband
Who would you like to go head to head with in a dogfight?
Corran Antilles
04-05-2003, 11:50 AM
Traven Dunn, the wing commander of the Black Paladins. This arrogant Imp thinks he's better than I. *growls*
The biggest ship you piloted?
DarkMasterTrath
04-05-2003, 06:45 PM
Action VI Transport.
Biggest cockpit you've handled?
Jodi Sariss
04-05-2003, 07:21 PM
I could answer that one in detail, but that would just be bragging.
:innocent
I'm just an innocent little thing, really.
Q:
Favourite form of entertainment?
DisposableHeroes05
04-05-2003, 11:55 PM
Shooting stuff.
Name one thing you regret you did in the past?
Draven Darklighter
04-06-2003, 12:10 AM
Leaving my sister behind because I thought I had a cause and was in love.
which would you rather have as a sidekick, an ewok, a sullastan or a gungan?
Jodi Sariss
04-06-2003, 03:02 AM
Sullustan. No offense to Kettch, of course, but Sullustans make better co-pilots.
Most prominent personality flaw?
Davheid
04-06-2003, 03:11 AM
Obsession. I am obsessed about finding the bastard who killed my family. Anybody seen him?
Do you have an unusual family trait, and what is it?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-06-2003, 03:38 PM
I, like my father before me am somewhat strong in the force, or i was.. But is that really all that unusual?
have you ever been wrongfully blamed?
Corran Antilles
04-06-2003, 04:52 PM
Yes, for working against the New Republic. That's why I'm suspended right now.
Is there someone in the galaxy you want to kill?
Rogue Jedi
04-07-2003, 12:09 AM
The man who ordered my Jedi master killed. >:
Ever done any work for the Hutts?
DisposableHeroes05
04-07-2003, 03:26 AM
Ain't never worked for the Hutts, but I have worked against them.
Whats the dumbest thing that ever happened to you?
Corran Antilles
04-07-2003, 01:21 PM
I was a rookie and tried to land my X-Wing in the hangar of a Mon Cal cruiser after a dogfight. Unfortunately the undercarriage didn't work and I skip with the snubfighter throught the whole hangar like a stone on the water.
Your biggest regret?
Samantha Koortyn
04-07-2003, 01:31 PM
Never visiting Alderaan, or trying to find my mother's family, before the planet was destroyed. Now I'll never know that side of my past.
What is your current assignment?
DisposableHeroes05
04-07-2003, 03:31 PM
I was recruited by the NRI to do a Recon and Survaillance Mission on Corran to see if he's a Sith or working for one.
To any military personel, did you ever sell blood to buy beer?
Corran Antilles
04-07-2003, 05:09 PM
*laughs* No! I guess we fighter jockeys get more pay than snipers. And after all I'm a commanding officer.
Do you want a family and settle down?
Han Antilles
04-07-2003, 05:45 PM
When there are no Imperials to fight and no oppression left in this galaxy..... sure.
Otherwise, not on your life. The last thing I need is having my kids threatened by some Imperial idealism or threats.
Ever met a Sith or a Jedi in person?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-07-2003, 05:57 PM
Meet a sith? I was almost killed by one, plus, i did work for palpatine himself..so i have met afew during my service to the empire.
Whens the first time you had to fight ship to ship(I.E. X-wing versus TIE fighter)
Corran Antilles
04-07-2003, 06:56 PM
As I was 19 on my first undercover mission as CorSec agent.
where do you live now?
Jodi Sariss
04-07-2003, 07:16 PM
Home is where my ship rests, or wherever I chose to spend the night. Which can be anything from a hotel room to someone's private appartment I may temporarily 'appropriate'. I take care of myself, that's all.
Most gut-wrenching moment of your life?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-07-2003, 08:57 PM
Arriving home to see my house smoldering, my parents laying on the deck dead, and a group of stormtroopers combing the area
Why did you leave home when you did?
DisposableHeroes05
04-07-2003, 11:00 PM
I was 17 and had a dream I needed to fulfill. My mom was kind enough to sign my enlistment papers and I left two weeks later.
To male military personel, how often do you have to get a hair cut to stay within Uniform Regulation?
Corran Antilles
04-08-2003, 12:32 PM
We have a uniform regulation? *looks to Han surprised* Well, we pilots wear our hair a little longer than your grunts...uh, ground teams. I never count the weeks...I look in the mirror and say: "Oh, I need a new haircut".
Did you ever had a crush on somebody unreachable?
Samantha Koortyn
04-08-2003, 12:56 PM
I've never had a crush. Period.
Has anyone ever had a crush on you?
Han Antilles
04-08-2003, 02:48 PM
Well, I do recall Corran's sister giving me the googly eyes when I first set foot under the command of her older brother. Then, she got to know me. :D
Did you ever meet any of the founders of the New Republic in person? Luke Skywalker? Han Solo? Princess Leia? Admiral Ackbar? General Nadine?
Samantha Koortyn
04-08-2003, 03:03 PM
Yes. Han and Leia. The inside of his ship is as bad as you think it is. But what they don't tell you is that it has the scent of burnt Wookiee hair. And Leia is very, very short, but somehow it's not that noticeable. This was before and during the battle of Hoth.
Anyone else?
Corran Antilles
04-08-2003, 04:45 PM
Admiral Ackbar...he's my boss. And Luke Skywalker, because I got Jedi training from him. His sister is nice. I met her on a party.
<img border=0 src="http://marianne.burchert.bei.t-online.de/pics/Tales/Corran-Leia.jpg" />
Where have you been as you heard about the destruction of Alderaan?
Samantha Koortyn
04-08-2003, 05:09 PM
I was alone in my quarters at the Imperial Academy on Carida. 19:47 hours. I remember actually going outside to see if I could see it, knowing that it was impossible, since the news had been delayed, and Carida was too far away. *clenches her jaw and blinks several times, then takes a deep breath*
When did you first realize the Rebels were right?
Corran Antilles
04-08-2003, 05:28 PM
As the Imps tried to bring the New Order to Corellia and wanted that CorSec become henchmen of the Empire. Kee'ra, my girlfriend at that time, was a Twi'lek. Oh, I can tell you that discrimination is a niiice thing. *sarcastic voice*
What would you never do?
Rogue Jedi
04-08-2003, 10:05 PM
Leave a comrade's side, no matter what the situation was.
What was your worst dogfight?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-09-2003, 07:35 AM
That would have to be the one where my ship was hit with an Ion Cannon blast, and then boarded...im sure there are still parts of me that ache because of that
When was the first time you saw someone you cared for die?
Corran Antilles
04-09-2003, 12:19 PM
I didn't actually see it. But I was 17 as my mother died in a terroristic act of the Empire. They had placed bombs in the museum my mother was working. I didn't see her, but I could sense it. But I didn't know anything of the Force back then, but the pain of a destroyed Force bonding between mother and child is almost more than I could handle.
What prank did you play on a friend?
DisposableHeroes05
04-09-2003, 03:27 PM
I remember during Infantry Training, this one night, acouple of my buddies and I stole the boots from everyone in our platoon (including ours so we wouldn't get caught) and sold them to a pawn shop. The next morning everyone was walking around screaming, "wheres my fucken boots."
Same question, what prank did you pull on a freind?
Molly Gibson
04-09-2003, 03:47 PM
Waking up near nekkid in bed next to a girl pal after a night of serious drinking, finding a very gentlemanly officer in the room, asleep in a chair... and letting him believe well... frankly, the "worst" of the situation after he woke up.
Oh wait, was that a prank? *eg* I have a bit of a fuzzy memory after that night ... heh!
What is your biggest regret?
MG
Samantha Koortyn
04-09-2003, 04:17 PM
*cringes at Molly's memory*
I regret never visiting Alderaan and tracking down my mother's family before it was destroyed. I was only 16 at the time, but still...
What was your greatest accomplishment?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-09-2003, 08:31 PM
Standing toe to toe with the man who had my parents killed..the man who personally shot my father in the back, choking him almost to death using the dark side of the force, and actually having the sence of mind to stop what i was doing, and not give in so easily to the dark side.
I ended up dicing him in half anyways, but thats because the bastard tried to shoot me in the back. Guess i wasnt strong enough in the end after all...
Whens the first time you saw the cruelity of the empire firsthand?
Samantha Koortyn
04-09-2003, 09:23 PM
Does neglect count as cruelty? If so, then I've known it since early childhood.
Anyone else?
Molly Gibson
04-10-2003, 10:44 AM
Well I was younger really, still in the infancy of my current "carreer" I was in a shady bar on Tattooine, after it was occupied.
Picture several heavily armed Troopers deciding "randomly" to drop in for a "drink" only to "discover" the place full of wanted criminals and subversives. At least that is the words they used as they rounded us all up into a back room and began "questioning" us one by one regarding our involvement with certain blockade running activities. I was not first out the door, but the screams alone had me near clawing the walls to leave. No luck.
Let me put it this way. My "questioning" took a few hours after they figured out I was not as innocent as I let off to be. I don't remember much after the slow lazer burns and fourth or fifth time they hit me. But I do remember waking up in the back alley, wishing I were dead.
So there you go. First hand. Mind you there were other incidents that I witnessed after that. But we all know the Imperials were scum... So I won't go further. That's the past for most. For now.
Anyone else?
MG
Kale Ninjatsu
04-10-2003, 06:13 PM
Well, i asked this question, but id like to answer it as well. When i served under palpatine, i saw alot of cruel, vile, and evil things..hell, i even took part in them, but at the time i was so brainwashed by the fact that i thought the imperials were right, that and i wanted every rebel to pay for what i thought they had done. Sadly, it wasnt until i almost had a blaster bolt thru the chest until i fully realized that what i was doing was wrong, that the empire in general was wrong
Anyone else?
Atril Tenierre
04-10-2003, 06:21 PM
I don't know about the first time, but it was certainly the worst. I was only a minor representative, so I shouldn't have drawn much attention, but I will say I was one of the few who tried to protest when the empire placed control in the hands of the regional imperial governers, and they killed my infant son because I was quote, causing trouble, unquote.
They didn't need to use the deathstar to install fear in the people - their brutality served quite well enough for that.
Anyone else?
DarkMandalor
04-13-2003, 03:21 PM
Id consider making a group of clones specially grown to suit the emporers dark purpouses evil....
Whens the first time you had an encounter with a bounty hunter, and who was she/he/it
Jodi Sariss
04-14-2003, 06:25 PM
Well, there was this one time, after I had gotten paid for a particularly lucrative cargo, I had decided to have a good time, and woke up to find more weapons on the other side of the bed than I usually carry on me.
Twi-lek, and actually not as ugly as a lot of the males. Buff, good in a fight, if I remember right. You'd be surprised how sensitive the lekku are to tactile contact...
...or were we talking about having a bounty on one's head? As I can't remember - there've been a few.
Kale Ninjatsu
04-15-2003, 07:29 AM
*pokes jodi* and your question..?
Jodi Sariss
04-15-2003, 09:10 PM
Have you ever had a bounty on your head, of course!
DisposableHeroes05
04-15-2003, 10:37 PM
Yeah, I had, or, have a bounty on my head. One of my guys told me the whole story. There was this drug lord who was a target of opportunity and was really high up on the list. I took him out, then his brother got pissed off and wanted me dead, so he put up a bounty. My Sergeant Major found out so to prevent my possible death, he got me drunk, I beat up an officer, got an Article 15, got sent to the brig, got one month of house arrest, messed up my career abit, all because some goon wanted me dead.
Anyone else?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-16-2003, 07:39 AM
I currently have two bounties on my head. I heve had one from the empire for almost ten years now for deserting. I also have one from the hutts for being the major factor in the death of Gantha The Hutt.
Anyone else?
Samantha Koortyn
04-16-2003, 08:23 AM
Black Sun has had a bounty on my head for about 5 years. Admiral Dodonna recently put one out too, when I escaped from Ithor, and I think at that time, Black Sun raised mine as well.
Who would you give your life for?
Sasha Antilles
04-16-2003, 12:44 PM
I would give my life to my family, friends and if it was good for the galaxy I suppose.
anyone else?
Corran Antilles
04-16-2003, 01:48 PM
Yeah, friends and family. And to save the innocent. And it's my job to give my life if needed for the safety of the New Republic.
What's the disgusting thing you ever had to eat?
DisposableHeroes05
04-16-2003, 04:47 PM
MREs. Basically its powered soup mixed in with warm water in this little nylon envelope that supposidly doesn't need heating, and if you wanna know what shit tastes like, then try one of these. Now imagine being in combat, not sleeping a wink for 5 days, no change of clothes and having to live off of this shit.
What's the most fucked up thing you saw in the Galaxy?
Molly Gibson
04-16-2003, 04:47 PM
*edit: Whoops looks like our beloved Jarhead and I posted at the same time, as his was not up when I started writing this and posted this. I ended up answering Corran's question too. I'd say go ahead and answer our Marine's question, to keep the appropriate flow, and ignore my continuance*
Frankly ALL of the foods I had to witness being devoured by my former Hutt employers at many a "business" meeting.
I sometimes had to eat as well, to be polite.... gads... but mind you I ate the dead things... still bloody gross.
Gah... *shudder*
;-)
This is a great question so... pass it down! The most disgusting thing you have ever eaten...next?
MG
Kale Ninjatsu
04-16-2003, 08:08 PM
The most f'ed up thing ive ever seen...i suppose it would depend on your meaning of fucked up i suppose. Ive seen flash frozen bodies bounce of imperial warships and drift in deep space...Ive witnessed the emporer use Force Lightning to reduce someone to nothing more then a charred corpse. If you ask me, i think thats fucked up
To honor molly, i will take the question she was passing on. What is the most disgusting thing you have ever eaten?
DisposableHeroes05
04-16-2003, 11:48 PM
lol, Corran's ryshcate.
When was the happiest day of your life?
Han Antilles
04-17-2003, 11:00 AM
Me and Sam's first night together on Ithor. We stayed in a small little suite on the herdship Ocean's View. We had green champagne, an elegant dinner, then watched the sunset while holding hands.
The next day we went out to the beach and I surfed, while Sam sat in her bathing suit taking in the rays, enjoying her drink.
The next few hours after that, everything went to hell...
*supresses a swallow, and holds back his anger*
Anyone else?
Molly Gibson
04-17-2003, 12:42 PM
Hummm it's a toss up really, I have a couple.
The first was actually a night event. The night I finally managed to hiest that personal transport from CorSec and got the frakkin hell out of that Academy and onto my freedom. *G*
The second... the night I rescued a certain Rouge Squadron flyboy from a very pushy date, at a wedding reception...and got asked to dance by said flyboy. Ended up doing a tango, never knew I could tango until that night really, but you learn alot of things in my biz *wink* That night was the night I fell hard for Corran. Something I never in my exsitance ever figured would happen.
Ok now that I have gotten shmoosy... again, a great question, so let's continue. Your happiest moment?
MG
Corran Antilles
04-17-2003, 01:30 PM
I can answer that too, that it was the day Molly and I met. But I was even more happy the day she finally told me that she feels the same. Before than she showed me the cold shoulder (...and a nice right hook), playing that she just wanted to be trained in the Force by me...
BTW....So you think my Ryscate is disgusting, Mach? I don't think that such comments get you an invitation to the Antilles Live Day Dinner.... :wink1
Okay, my question...
What did you think about the propaganda the Empire told about the destruction of Alderaan. That the rebels destroyed the planet... Did you believe that?
Samantha Koortyn
04-17-2003, 01:41 PM
At first, I really tried to believe it. But even before then I knew that the Empire wasn't all it was cracked up to be, and I was becoming disillusioned more and more with each day I spent at the Academy. Finally, I could no longer reconcile my sense of duty with my personal feelings about the destruction of my mother's homeworld, and quit.
Marcus, on the other hand, believed it wholeheartedly. I still think his special ops training brainwashed him.
Anyone else?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-17-2003, 06:17 PM
Of course i did, just like i believed anything else they empire said, how was i to know they were lying? Of course i know the difference now, but it took alot of sensless death for me to figure that out
Anyone else?
DisposableHeroes05
04-17-2003, 11:18 PM
I was real young at the time, about 3 or 4 years old. My family and I were strong supporters of the Rebellion, we all KNEW the Rebel Alliance would never do anything like that.
And Corran, I'll just sneak in, you know I can't miss an Antilles family gathering.:)
When did you seriously piss off your "special someone?"
Corran Antilles
04-18-2003, 08:59 AM
As I forbid Molly to be trained by a Sith Lord. Of course I was in no position to decide for her, so we had a fight about it and she left me. That's the reason why the whole search for her started...
Would you betray your own principles to save a person you love?

Without hesitation.
What's the point in living a moral life if it will lose you a loved one?
Same question.

04-19-2003, 11:14 PM
Same here, although I don't really have too many principles to speak of.
What would you never do?

04-20-2003, 05:45 PM
"Entanglements"

*EDIT* yea, i meant to carry over the same question
Davheid
04-21-2003, 05:09 AM
Assuming the 'what annoys me the most' question is being carried over (thanks Kale)
There's only a few things that actually annoy me. The major thing would be that the gravity in my ship keeps turning itself off - for no logical mechanical or electrical reason.
Same question.
Nesya
04-23-2003, 08:06 PM
You have gravity problems - my ship's a flying relic.
Actually, I'm sure that somewhere it's an antique - because it certainly belongs in a museum. But it gets me places, and that's all I need.
What bugs me?
People who judge before they've got enough information - before they examine both sides of the situation, judge a book by it's cover, etc. It aggrivates me. Severely.
Ranzen Elara
04-23-2003, 09:41 PM
And your question is??
Samantha Koortyn
04-28-2003, 01:05 PM
I'll just answer the same question. What bugs me is when people say one thing, but act differently.
On what planet were you born?
Corran Antilles
04-28-2003, 01:14 PM
Corellia
Do you have living relatives?
Zem Renneyn
04-28-2003, 01:43 PM
None.
They were all murdered during the civil uprising on Zolan. The only real family I had in the past were a group of Mabari warriors who took me in for training. The gave me everything a family on Zolan could never provide.
Ever lose any relatives to death?

My father died of cancer when I was 17 and I haven't seen or heard from my mother or sister since I left for Recruit Training almost three years ago, I guess you could count that.
What do you like to brag about?
Jodi Sariss

;) :D
Hmmm...let's see, there's an awful long list, so I'll try and cut it back to three major points.
My...prowess (on many levels) - though it's not so much bragging as not hiding the fact that I'm good.
Tricky situations I've gotten out of is a big one...
I used to brag about how quickly I could pull my rifle from my belt and assemble it, but now I don't have to, so that doesn't count.
And, occasionally, my ship.
Everything else just speaks for itself...

Whatd do i like to brag about..maybe the fact that im one of the few people capable of wearing Mandalorian Battle Armor, and using it to its full potential...
Are you Xenophobic, I.E. afriad/wary of other alien species?

I was, when I was younger. Imperial training is hard to overcome, even when their prejudice extends to female humans as well as aliens.
Same question.

Nope, never. I had even a Twi'lek girlfriend as I was 17/18. But Corellia was of course never really a part of the Empire.
The first ship you piloted?
Kale Ninjatsu
04-29-2003, 10:27 PM
I was trained to operate a number of space fairing vehicles as part of my adavanced training in the empire, but the first ship i actually flew as a plain ole Lambda class shuttle..nothing all that exciting. The fisrt not space capable vehicle i piloted, or drover, or whatever was my swoop. God, i loved that bike, i swear i must of been fixing it more then i was using it, but she was a great thing

I know next to nothing about ships, but somehow I keep my Nubian in one piece. It's the first, last, and only ship I've piloted - and that's using the word 'piloted' pretty loosely.
I kid you not when I say it is mostly by force alone that that ship gets where it's going.

Blades Edge. A really old Barloz class freighter my godfather used to own. I'm seriously hoping that someone has shot it down by now - either that or it's been put into a museum - cause it was a real piece of crap, even back then.
Same question.

The first ship i piloted is also the same ship i pilot now, my modified Imperial Gunboat ' Venomus Dagger'.
When is the first time you used a weapon in self defense?
Samantha Koortyn

I was 15. It was a piece of rebar that I had planned to melt down for droid parts, but had been forgotten under the bed. And it was against my father.

I was 16. A commanding officer at the Academy got me a vacation job on a freighter. I thought I would be an odd-job-man there. Little did I know that they were kind of mercenaries....for the good side, but still I had to shoot at people to support them. I met Kess there, who was a crew member.
How did you feel after your first kill?
Kale Ninjatsu

I felt a mixiture of things i suppose, a rush, excitment, and a bit of sadness and guilt as well...

I've killed alot of people, and the only one that mattered was the first. Like any other person I did feel bad at first, but then again I killed a bad person and saved some good lives, then I didn't feel so bad.
How do you feel about killing now?
Kale Ninjatsu
05-08-2003, 06:16 PM
I try to avoid killing now...with all the blood on my hands, i try to avoid putting anymore on them
Same Question
Jodi Sariss

If I have to, I will. If someone gets in my way, I may very well kill them. It's nothing personal, but I've learned to cut myself off from people.
More often than not, it's self-defense, but I suppose I'm still guilty.
Same.
Samantha Koortyn

Indifferent. The people I killed deserved it. But if someone is killed by another person, because of something I did, I generally lose it, in not a pretty way.
Have you ever inadvertently caused someone's death?
DisposableHeroes05
05-09-2003, 03:29 PM
Yeah, he was the man I saw as a father, mentor and idol, Gunny Kernick. He and I were on a mission to take out a sniper, I assumed I got the enemy sniper, the Gunny went to check it out, but when he stuck up his head, he got shot.

I feel that at times I partly caused my Jedi Master's death when we got split up on a mission and he was taken out by a ruthless group of bounty hunters hired by a Sith.
What was your first mission?
Corran Antilles

I was 19 as I was sent to my first CorSec solo mission (http://pub173.ezboard.com/fstarwarstales11494frm28.showMessage?topicID=15.topic). I had to go undercover as a merc to catch a murderer.

I fear being alone - truly alone.
But you didn't hear it from me.

I fear losing control of a situation. Or not being in control to begin with.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Tacita Darklighter

I would not change a damn thing. :D
What do you do for fun?
Corran Antilles
05-17-2003, 10:34 AM
Back home on Corellia I liked hover surfing. But on Coruscant it's a little hard to do that without oceans. *lopsided grin* So I train some martial arts with and without lightsaber. I know, that sounds not like fun for some people, but it's relaxing to let off steam that way. But I like also to meet with friends at my place or go clubbing or to a nice restaurant.
On what planet you would like to live?
Kale Ninjatsu
05-19-2003, 07:44 AM
Truelly, id like to go back home and live on Risden at some point, but that probably wont happen, Corellia would be my second choise, what with both my parents being Corellians, and the planet is very beautiful.
If you could go back in time to change one thing, what would you change?
Corran Antilles
05-19-2003, 12:49 PM
I would say, that I would go back and save my parents. You'll say now that it would be two things, but it would be enough when I saved my mother. Because of her death my father tried to find who was after the attack and was killed as he found out.
Same question.

I would have visited Alderaan before it was destroyed, and try to find my mother's family. I foolishly assumed it would just always be there.
Same question.
Jodi Sariss
05-21-2003, 07:14 AM
I would've changed something, gotten out of there somehow, not been there in the first place - anything - five minutes before I got into an escape pod and was jettisoned away from the destroyer before it blew.
Or I at least wouldn't have gotten into that escape pod alone.
Same.
