Darren sat in a dark corner, rolled up in a ball with only his head popped up as he rocked back and forth like a nut case. He watched as his father gambled with several different people, and aliens at the Kitchen table. Darren's dad wasn't the greatest person, not even a very good dad, but atleast he was there and that was more than many people could ask for. Darren's gaze fell upon his mother as she coralled the other children into a little group to take out for dinner. It was apparent that Darren's father was going to be "busy" and so the family wasn't supposed to be present.
Tharin, Darren's father, dealt cards to each person, his hands moving like blurs as they went from person to person. It was apparent to Darren that his father had gambled before but he also grinned realizing that nobody knew he was sitting there in the shadows. Darren watched as every man looked at the cards dealt to them, some showing faces of strain, some of anger, and some of pure joy. Darren could tell who had gotten the good hand and that it definently wasn't his father. As the game progressed the room seemed to get darker as each man bet more and more money until finally Tharin slammed in hand into the table, shaking it and drawing the eyes of everyone in the room to him.
"Whats your problem Tharin, got a bad hand?" One green Alien laughed, apparently convinced that Darren's father was about to lose everything. When everyone put their cards down it seemed that Darren was right, his father had lost, and he had bet all of his money. Darren watched as Tharin put his hands on his face as though trying to think of why he had made such a stupid bet, and then he spoke. "I don't have the money.... Right now. But if you give me enough time i can get it to you." Tharin's voice was soft and calming as though he was hoping that the men that surrounded him didn't lose their minds and go on a rampage, demanding the money right that second. Darren continued to sit in the corner, silent and motionless for fear of his fathers fury coming down on him if he found out he was there. A deep voice came from a tall blue Alien that looked like it could tear Darren's father in two. "You have one week, or you're dead."The alien spook, getting up slowly and walking out of the apartment, the rest of the group following. Darren watched as his father put his head on the table and cried, tears flowing down his cheeks and dripping onto his losing hand. Darren wanted to comfort his father, and for days, weeks, months he wanted to help him, but he couldn't.
The aliens came back every week looking for the money and he gave them small bits of it to keep them quiet, the sum being way to much for him to be able to pay all at once. Many nights Darren lay awake listening to his mother and father argue about their growing debts, their financial problems increasing every day. To pay for his gambling losses Tharin took loans from gangsters and this proved to be a great strain on him as they also wanted their money back. Somedays Darren would see his father come home with a black eye, or a cut on his cheek, and he was begining to worry more and more as he entered his teenage years. As Darren grew he began to make the wrong friends, friends who stole, who attacked, and who broke every law they could every chance they had. However, it didn't matter to Darren, as long as he got what he wanted from them.
Darren remembered the day when he gotten into his first fight. He was 13 and this kid began beating up one of his friends claiming that he had stolen something. As his friend lay on the ground, bleeding from his broken nose, Darren ran up to the attacker and threw a punch with all of his weight in it. Darren felt the squish of blood as he broke the boys nose, and laughed as the boy fell to the ground holding his nose. Darren proceeded to kick the boy several times in the stomach, before spitting on him. "If you ever attack me or my friend again, i will beat you into the next world." Darren spat at the boy laying infront of him, his anger getting the better of him as he kicked the boy a second time just for the heck of it. Darren never forgot that day, as it began a long string of violence that would take Darren down a long and dark path. But this was only the begining.

Darren's fist slammed into the face of a boy several times before he let go of him, grabbing his money at the same time and running quickly leaving the boy unconcious on the groun. Darren grinned as he dashed away, smiling at how easy he was able to break the law. After the battle on Yavin the Imperials had been spending so many materials on finding the Rebels they barely paid any attention to law enforcement. Now that the Battle of Hoth was over, the Imperials were even moreso uncaring of what happened on planets under their control and so Darren was free to do pretty much whatever he wanted. This included stealing, attacking, and pretty much doing whatever he wanted.
Even at the young age of 14 Darren was an accomplished small time criminal. He had no record due to the fact that nobody paid attention to such things, but people knew him. As Darren walked into his families apartment his problems flooded into his minds once again, or rather the problems of his father. So far his father had still not managed to pay off all of his debts and the gangsters were getting angry with him. Tharin continued to take loans from gangsters to pay off completely different gangsters and word was getting around of what he did. Darren, like usual, walked into the apartment unnoticed and uncared about. It wasn't that his parents didn't love him, but that they had other things to deal with besides the problems of a 14 year old.
Darren sat down in a hard chair and began to stare at the mess around him. Clothes thrown all over the place, flies zipping every which way, and now they were finding some type of quick moving pest. Darren sighed as he watched his mother making lunch for his siblings. The sad thing was that Darren was the youngest of his siblings, yet they were still all unemployed and didn't seem to have much of a future. Darren rubbed his eyes in exhaustion as he sat there listening to his sister and third oldest brother argue.
"You idiot its my bed! Im older so i do what I want in it!" She screamed at the top of her lungs letting out her foul breath.
Darren waved his hand infront of his nose as his third oldest brother spoke.
"Just because you are older than me doesn't mean you rule me!" He shouted at her, just as loudly.
Darren would have jumped in just for a little bit of attention had what happened next not happened at all. His sister took a swing at his third oldest brother and a fight started, everyone but Darren, his mother and his father jumping in. Darren shook his head, wondering what he could have deserved to be born into such a family, and not be born into a family of pilots or something. He had had dreams of flying among the stars, fighting for peace and justice throughout the galaxy. Sure, Darren didn't lead the best of lives, but he would surely change his ways if he had a chance of becoming a pilot. Who wouldn't? They can do whatever they want, travel to places simple people could only dream of. Darren sighed as he got up from his seat, his siblings still fighting as he walked into his bedroom.
Well, you couldn't really call it his bedroom because he shared it with two other brothers, but they rarely spent much time in it. Darren plopped down on his bed, his arms behind his head acting as a pillow as he lay there fully clothed and quite uncomfortable. He was used to it though, and didn't really mind as he layed there thinking of what it must be like to fly among the stars.

Darren walked down the lonely streets of Coruscant, the shadows concealing him from all but those who could see in the darkness. It had been an interesting year, something happening that Darren didn't think was possible. Everyone thought the Empire was invincable, but not to long ago they had been defeated by the Rebels, the group of people that were suposidly evil and wishing to destroy the galaxy. Darren didn't know whether this was true, but it didn't matter much to him what happened out in space. Its not like he could get there anyway being poor.
Darren still had dreams of flying, of exploring unknown planets and fighting beasts that could only be imagined in his wildest dreams. But those were the thoughts of a dreamer, not somebody who was in their right mind. Right now all Darren could do was go to work. Even at the age of 15 Darren was already working as a cook in a restaurant in the darkest area's of Coruscant. It wasn't quite the Underworld, but one wouldn't be laughed at if they mistakened it for it. And to call it a restaurant was more of an exaggeration. It was more of a Cafe. Darren sighed as the Cafe came into sight, his footsteps seeming to become louder as he got closer to hours of work. Darren opened the door to the usual crowd of ugly aliens and people you wouldn't be suprised to see in a jail cell.
Darren walked into the back just waiting for the usual from his boss Jotto, a Alien from a planet Darren couldn't pronouce. Jotto was about 5'5 and blue with a bald head and 4 arms. His arms and legs were so skinny Darren didn't doubt he could break them quite easily but the thought leaped out of his head as Jotto appeared out of nowhere as he so often did, making him almost jump out of his shoes.
"Your late! You stupid filthy human get to work!" Jotto said from under gritted teeth, his right arm lifting to point towards the kitchens. Darren got to work, his arms moving like they were robots as he began to make the usual meals. He had been cooking for such a long time that he felt like he was day dreaming all the time as he working. The bad thing was he was using things he didn't even recognize himself to make the food. His first few days he had thrown up atleast 8 times, the food disgusting him, and even more, watching the customers eat it as though it were the best thing in the world. Darren could see the people eating from the Kitchen and when a shady figure walked into the Cafe he couldn't seem to take his eyes off of him.
The figure stood at about 6'3 and was wearing a cloak that shrouded the rest of his body in shadow making him unrecognizable. Sure, many weird people walked into the Cafe but something about this one sent shivers up and down Darren's spine. He thought he could see something happening, like this figure was going to rob the place any second, and what do you know, he did. The man suddenly reached into his cloak with both hands pulling out two heavy blaster pistols, weapons that could easily end anyone's life who was stupid enough to go up against them.
"Put your hands up or i'll blast you!" The man shouted, his voice booming throughout the Cafe. Darren ducked down below a counter and then stood up alittle bit, just enough to see just over the counter but not reveal himself to the robber.
"If anyone tries anything your dead!" The robber shouted, trying to gain command of the Cafe and intimidate everyone.
"Now give me the money, right now! Everyone, empty your pockets!" The robber shouted, waving his guns in the air. "You too!" The man signalled for Jotto to empty the Safe he kept under the counter. Apparently this figure had been watching the Cafe for quite some time. Unfortuantly for him, he hadn't been watching the people inside the Cafe at all. Darren watched as one man turned around pulled out a blaster pistol and quickly firing off a shot at the robber. 6 other men did the same and the robber quickly responded shooting a couple of shots that ricocheted off the walls and hit a few of the men. Because of the ricocheting lasers nobody could tell who was shooting at who and so a large firefight started, everyone shooting at everyone else as nobody knew what was going on. Darren ducked just in time as a laser bolt went flying right over his head.
Darren looked left to see Jotto sliding across the floor from the force of a blaster bolt that had hit him straight in the head, killing him instantly. Darren crawled out into the front right over to the Safe. He had no idea what the combination was and so he sat there thinking as blaster bolts slammed into the counter right behind him. Luckily one blaster bolt hit the Safe and hit the exact right place to knock it open. It seemed Jotto had bought one of the cheaper safes and didn't realize how weak it was. Darren smilled as he grabbed as much money as he could hold and then ran back through the Kitchen and out the back door.
Sure he wasn't acting very brave, but who cared about those low lifes? The only person that mattered right now was himself and he was going to have a blast spending his money on whatever he wanted. Sure he could give it to his father, but he was so deep in debt it wouldn't even make a dent. Darren smiled as he walked to the upper levels of Coruscant stuffing cash into every pocket he could find.

Darren sprinted down the streets of Coruscant dodging people as he ran, a woman chasing him down the dark streets. Darren had robbed this helpless woman quite quickly, quickly enough so that she didn't know what had happened before he had gotten a good lead on her. Darren looked back as he ran, grinning at the woman chasing him down the street. Suddenly he seemed to have hit a wall, sending him falling to the ground. When he looked up he saw that he had run into a man who was about his size but much more muscular and who wore a slender piece of metal at his size. The man snatched the money out of Darren's hands and handed it back to her, convincing her to simply forget about the incident. Scratching his head Darren stood up and began to gaze at the man wondering what had just happened. The man sighed before speaking, "I see you are not leading a very good life. I can take you to a place where you can learn to use powers you couldn't imagine even in your wildest dreams." The man spoke slowly, his voice deep and powerful. Darren was suprised at how quickly this man seemed to get to the point of what he wanted and how he simply asked Darren, a complete stranger, to come with him. Darren figured it was probably a dumb idea, but something deep inside of him told him to say yes, which he did nodding his head.
Darren took the man to his house where he told his family what he planned to do. "Your a grown man. You can do as you please." Tharin spoke, and it seemed to be a unanimous decision as the rest of the family nodded. Darren nodded, showing a face of sadness as he turned around and walked out the door, leaving his life behind him. The man told him that his name was Kyle Rauin and that he was Jedi Knight. Darren wondered why he had been chosen out of a huge population that lived on Coruscant but let the thought swirl in his mind for fear of Kyle changing his mind. Darren climbed into Tharin's ship and it blasted off into the Darkness of Space. Darren had dreamed of flying among the stars for so long that he felt like he didn't blink one time the whole flight.
"So this is what its like.." Darren mumbled to himself, unaware that Kyle heard him.
"I see that this is your first time in space." Kyle grinned.
"Yes, and its truly amazing. Everything i could have hoped for." Darren smiled as he spoke, his voice coming out soft showing his amazement.
"Well if i were you i would tighten your seat belt for the Hyperspace." Kyle said loudly, almost commandingly.
Darren looked around wondering what was next. Kyle pushed a few buttons infront of him and put his hand on a lever.
"Next stop, Yavin 4" Kyle said with joy in his voice.
"Whats hyperspaceeee!!!!" The last word got caught on Darren's tongue as the ship burst into hyperspace, white streaks of light filling up the darkness of space and throwing Darren back against his seat with the force of the speed.
moments later....
The ship burst out of hyperspace heading towards Yavin 4. The ship blasted through Yavin 4's atmosphere, the heat burning up the outsides of the ship as they flew fullspeed towards the surface. Recklessly Kyle slowed down much farther after he should have and they landed harshly, Darren almost coming out of his seat as they set down. The two jumped out of the ship and walked towards the huge temple that housed the only Jedi in the galaxy. As they walked towards the huge temple Darren looked up in wonder at its size and complexity. Kyle and Darren strolled into the main hall, the doors opening in welcome as though they themselves recognized Kyle as a member of the new Jedi order. The two proceeded down a long hall where there was no ceiling present for what seemed like a lifetime. As they walked Darren seemed to think of every possible rejected the famous Luke Skywalker could give him. He suddenly came back to conciousness as they entered a large room where a figure in all black stood infront of several different people, some obvious Jedi.
The two got closer to the figure until Darren could finally make him out as Luke Skywalker, the famous Hero of the Republic and Jedi Master. Kyle walked up to Luke Skywalker while Darren stood a few feet away with everyone else. Kyle and Luke exchanged a few words before Kyle returned to Darren's side, Darren starring at him as though he were much more impressive than he previously could have imagined.
Suddenly Luke's voice boomed out,"You are all here," He paused before speaking again, his eyes moving rapidly looking around the room at the many different kinds of people present before," because these Jedi Knights have all sensed that you had the capability of joining our new Jedi order." Luke paused once again and Darren could sense the tension in everyone who stood before the Hero. "I sense that my Jedi Knights were correct in choosing everyone here, and would like to welcome you all to a new journey, one that nobody has taken besides myself, for many years, possibly since before many of you were born."
Luke gazed around the room, starring at Darren in particular for a few more seconds than he felt comfortable for him. "I want to remind you all before you begin your training, that the way of the Jedi is a long and dangerous road and that while you may be tempted to use your power to your advantage, that to do so is to lose yourself to darkness, from which very few have ever returned."
Luke paused, taking a deep breath and closing his eyes as though remembering some painful memory. He suddenly opened his eyes and began to speak as though nothing had happened. "And with that, begin! May the force be with you...all."
Darren turned to Kyle, the man who would be his master for years to come. Kyle simply smiled, and lead the way out of the great hall, Darren following quickly behind him.

"Concentrate on the rock." Kyle's voice echoed through Darren's head, his eyes closed and his arms outstretched hanging in mid air like strings were holding it up.
"Don't force it, let it flow through you like the very blood in your veins." Kyle whispered in Darren's left ear, his mouth so close Darren could feel his hot breath. Suddenly he heard something, Darren opened to see the rock begining to float, just barely a foot off the ground. It wasn't very big, but it still felt like a thousand pounds to Darren. His training had been quick yet he felt he had learned so long in just a short amount of time. Darren had lifted this rock so many times he figured he might as well give it a name.
Sure he was a quick learned, but Kyle commented almost daily at how quickly Darren seemed to catch onto the force, almost as though he had been using it his whole life, and it was starting to go to Darren's head. He felt that such easy exercises were beneath him, that he was ready for the famous weapon that all Jedi carried, the Lightsaber. He had wanted one ever since he had first seen its magnificence but so far he had only gotten to look at one. Darren moved his arms quickly to the left, throwing the rock into a rather large boulder, one that Darren was looking forward to seeing if he could lift.
"Its time Darren." Kyle spoke slowly, his voice calm yet strict. "I want you to lift the boulder you see before you. It will be hard, but i believe you are ready for such a task." Kyle's voice faded away slowly, his confidence fueling Darren.
Darren once again closed his eyes, reaching out with his arms. He could already feel the strain of lifting such a large object. His arms began to feel heavy, his head aching, his legs wanting to break under what seemed an enormous weight. Darren gritted his teeth as he opened his eyes, staring down the boulder like it was a great beast, his eyes furious with strain. Then the boulder began to float, first a few inches, then with a bit more strain, a few feet, then Darren could lift it over his head. Darren's face could only be described as one of great effort, now red with strain and his eyes buldging out like they were about to pop out of his head this very second. Darren let out a groan, and leaped from where he stood, the boulder coming crashing down, slamming into the spot where he stood moments ago. Darren got up slowly from the ground, brushing dirt of his shoulder as he stood up.
Kyle smiled as he spoke, obviously satisfied with Darren's performance, "Darren, i believe it is time you recieve something special. The tool of a Jedi. You may be young in the arts of a Jedi, but you have shown a maturity and focus i have never seen in another Jedi but Master Skywalker. You haven't quite reached his level yet, but you may well be on the way."
As Kyle spoke, Darren felt a shiver go up his spine. Comparing him to Master Skywalker? One of the greatest Jedi of all time? But then again, he was good, much better than anyone had expected. As Darren stood still, pondering what Kyle had just said about him, Kyle strolled up to him pulling out a long slender metal cyllinder, the tool of the Jedi, the lightsaber. Darren smiled widely as he reached out, grabbing the lightsaber from Kyle's hand, almost too eagerly. As Darren looked up he could see the questioning look in Kyle's eyes, the look that showed Darren quite easily that he wondered whether what he was doing was right. Darren quickly broke eye contact, turning away and extending his arms infront of him, putting some space inbetween him and the lightsaber before he ignited it. Darren pushed a button on the lightsaber slowly, closing his eyes as he heard the sound of the blade extending from the handle, and the humming sound that was familiar to any Jedi.
Darren stood there speechless for a few moments, taking in every second of the feeling of strength before opening his eyes and staring at Kyle who still had the same look on his face. Darren played with the weapon for a while, moving it slowly, testing its weight to make sure he didn't cut himself. When Darren looked back at Kyle, the look in his eyes still present, Darren could tell this was the start of a long journey....

The night was young yet a full moon floated off in the distance, the star filled sky illuminating the ground as two Jedi stood about 20 feet away from each other, staring at one another but remaining speechless. One finally spoke after what seemed like a lifetime of silence.
"You have trained hard with the lightsaber i gave you two years ago. A lightsaber that used to be mine a long time ago." Kyle spoke firmly, his voice strong.
"Now it is time to test your skills, to see how far you have progressed in such a small amount of time. I trust that you can defend yourself against my attacks?" Kyle grinned.
Darren grinned aswell, but said nothing. He only ignited his lightsaber, the blue blade extending out of the handle. Kyle got the message and ignited his lightsaber as well, a green blade extending. The two jedi leaped at each other, their lightsabers clashing together in a flash of light that seemed to explode every time their blades hit. Darren sliced twice horizontally at his master who blocked the blows with a flick of his wrist, but didn't anticipate the quick stab from Darren. Kyle barely turned his body, the blade missing his stomach by inches. Kyle leaped into the air as Darren swung his blade lightly at his master before following him.
Running across the grass towards Kyle who had leaped a good 30 feet away, Darren swung his lightsaber vertically with all of his strength, the blade becoming a blue blur as it moved like lightning towards the top of Kyle's head. Kyle dropped to one knee, holding his lightsaber horizontally over his head as he blocked the harsh attack by Darren. Darren grinned as he pushed down on Kyle, his eyes sadistic with the need to kill. Kyle could see the darkness in Darren's heart growing, the hatred that came from nothing but the desire of power. Kyle could see that Darren was slowly turning to the dark side, he had seen it all along, his strength increasing much faster than it should of, his skills surpassing many of the best Jedi as he trained tirelessly on his own.
Kyle kicked at Darren's legs quickly, Darren falling to the ground as Kyle stood up and turned around, putting some distance inbetween him and Darren before turning around again to face him. Darren got up slowly, a grin still on his face, the joy of fighting showing quite broadly.
"Darren, this is just a practice, don't take it so seriously." Kyle frowned, shouting alittle louder than he really intended to. It seemed as though Darren had taken this fight personally as he charged toward Kyle in a flash, swinging his lightsaber lightning quick, so fast that Kyle could barely keep up as his lightsaber moved from left to right to left to right, a blue blur. Kyle leaped back from the flurry of attacks Darren was throwing widely at Kyle. He couldn't keep up with the speed of the attacks as they flew from out of nowhere. Darren was upon Kyle in seconds, the blue blade flying at him from what seemed like all directions. It didn't seem like Darren was using any particular form, but something he kind of just.. made up, making it hard for Kyle to figure out what he was going to do next. Darren grinned as he swung his lightsaber once again with all of his weight, the blade hitting Kyle's so hard that his lightsaber flew out of his hand. Before Kyle could make a dive for it Darren used the force pulling it towards him with ease. Darren now possessed to lightsabers, two weapons of incredible power, while Kyle had nothing but the force.
"Stand down, Darren." Kyle said, his voice trembling as he extended one hand in caution towards Darren. Darren continued to stroll towards Kyle as he backed up, moving closer and closer to the edge of a cliff, one which the bottom could not be seen. Finally Kyle's left foot touched the edge of the cliff, a few rocks falling down into the shadow. Darren stood infront of Kyle, a lightsaber in each hand. Suddenly Darren, like a flash, leaped at Kyle who quickly ducked under the slashes using the force to lift Darren into the air and throw him off the cliffs. Darren let go of his masters lightsaber before he fell, Kyle catching it before it tumbled down with Darren into the darkness. "NOOOOOOOO" echoed throughout Kyle's head as he watched Darren fall into the shadow. Kyle, his head hung in sorrow as he walked away.

It was a dark and cold night on the streets of Coruscant. The wind ripped at Kyle's skin like daggers, a frown on his face as he wondered how. How had Darren survived that fall? Darren had come back to the temple days later, in decent shape, but with a look of hatred that Kyle had never witnessed on a person's face before. Kyle had only said one word before Darren dashed away. Why A thought that Kyle pondered for days after Darren had fallen. Why had he attacked him so viciously, with so much hatred in his eyes. It looked as though he was enjoying the idea of being the strongest, of conquering his master. Kyle had thought it was over when Darren fell off the cliff, but somehow he managed to survive, and fairly unharmed as well. Perhaps it wasn't as deep as Kyle thought, or maybe Kyle had simply underestimated the power that Darren possessed. When Darren had run from the temple, Kyle managed to track him down to Coruscant. Once he arrived he didn't need to think long to anticipate where Darren would go. Kyles feet moved swiftly across the metal streets of Coruscant, his mind thinking of the possible outcomes of what would happen when he found Darren. If Darren had truly fallen to the dark side than Kyle could attempt to bring him back to the light, but it was unlikely, and if he failed, he could not allow Darren to live.
Hopefully his skills would hold out against his former apprentice. Kyle arrived at the Logos family appartment, stopping outside the door as he heard something inside. He could hear moans of pain and the humming of a lightsaber. Kyle burst inside of the apartment just as Darren looped off an aliens head, it falling to the ground with a loud *Thud* and rolling a few feet before stopping. Darren turned around, a wide grin on his face as stared at Kyle with yellow eyes, eyes full of evil.
"Darren, come back to the light. You know this isn't right. The dark side will only lead to your destruction." Kyle pleaded with Darren, but he simply turned his head and spit on one of the dead bodies.
"It was you wasn't it", Darren's voice shook with anger, tears forming in his eyes as he spoke.
"You sent these assassins to my families apartment to kill them." Darren shouted at Kyle, his body shaking with anger.
"No, you told me your father owed gangsters money. He probably couldn't pay up so they killed your family Darren. Im sorry!" Kyle could feel the fear in his voice, the sorrow building up in his stomach.
"LIES" Darren shouted as he ignited his lightsaber in a flash, swinging it verically at Kyle who barely managed to ignite his in time and block it, holding his lightsaber horizontally just above his head as he pushed against Darren. As Kyle fell to one knee, pushing against Darren who's teeth were gritted in strain, his arms pushing with more strength than Kyle could imagin. Kyle was forced to roll away, Darren's lightsaber slashing the floor as he ran towards Kyle who barely managed to stand before Darren's lightsaber came flying at his head. Kyle ducked under the blow, stabbing at Darren quickly hoping he could end the fight right here. It was apparent that Darren had trained much more than Kyle had previously thought, moving with amazing reflexes and twisting his body as the blade came stabbing at him. Kyle swung his lightsaber lightly from the stabbing posistion but Darren simply flipped over the blade, landing on his feet and quickly focusing, using his hatred to throw Kyle across the room into a wall using the force.
"You will die for what you have done! All of the Jedi will die!" Darren shouted at the top of his lungs, his lightsaber flying at Kyle's head as he stood against the wall. Kyle ducked just in time, a glowing red line in the wall where Kyle's neck had just been. Kyle rolled away, Darren in close pursuit swining his lightsaber like a madman. Kyle stood up to a lightsaber blade, bringing his own up in the nick of time. Kyle slide his lightsaber to the very end of Darrens before pushing it away and rolling under it, Darren turning around to see Kyle on the offensive for once. It didn't last long for as soon as Kyle swung horizontally Darren dodged it and kicked him in the chest sending him flying back into a chair. Kyle sat in it for a second before leaping out just as Darren came flying towards it, his lightsaber going through the bottom of the seat. Darren pulled his lightsaber out, the chair falling to pieces. Darren walked slowly over to Kyle who stood in a defensive stance, his Form III defense coming into effect.
Darren, in a rage, used the force throwing Kyle through a window and out onto a landing where several vehicles lay waiting for their owners. Kyle got up quickly, leaping into a yellow speeder and blasting off. Darren jumped out the window and sped over to a green speeder jumping in and blasting off after Kyle.
"COWARD!!" Darren called out at Kyle who began swirving in and out of traffic, the chase going toward traffic not with it. Darren began catching up to Kyle, dodging speeder after speeder, what seemed like hundreds of horns honking as the two sped along. Darren finally caught up to Kyle, their speeders flying side by side. Darren put the speeder on auto, and stood up in his seat, leaping out just as the vehicle slammed into another speeder, an explosion throwing Darren at Kyles speeder. Darren hung onto the edge of Kyle's seat as speeders blasted by, a blur of color. Darren managed to pull himself closer to Kyle who began to swing at Darren with his right hand while his left piloted the speeder. Darren dodged the swings easily, twisting his body. Kyle put the speeder on auto, it continuing along on its own as the two stood up, their lightsabers clashing against each other blow for blow as they were forced to stand still. Suddenly a loud honk was heard. The two leaped off the speeder just as it slammed into another speeder. Grabbing onto a mobile store, pretty much just a large metal box with ropes hanging off the sides, the two continued the fight, using one hand to hold onto a rope and the other to swing their sabers.
The two managed to climb ontop of the mobile store fighting the whole way, the battle continuing with great speed on the roof. Darren swung harder and harder, his saber hitting Kyle's with more and more strength forcing Kyle to move back or lose his weapon, and his life. In a flash, Kyle saw an opening, kicking the lightsaber right out of Darren's hand. As his lightsaber fell out of Darren's reach Kyle took a swing at Darren vertically, aiming to cut him in too. Darren lunged forward grabbing Kyles hands. The two struggled, pushing at one another as they attempted to push the lightsaber at their opponent. Kyle gritted his teeth, his eyes squinting in strain. Darren stared at Kyle wide eyed, his teeth gritted, his body shaking as he pushed the green humming lightsaber closer and closer to Kyle who began to bend backwards as the lightsaber came closer to him. Darren's strength was simply too much for Kyle, who's last sight was his own lightsaber as it cut into his head, ending his life instantly. Kyle's body dropped to the ground, Darren staring over his dead master holding his green lightsaber. Darren grinned sadistically as he put the lightsaber on his belt, securing it.
"Goodbye master. You were always weak." Darren whispered as he kicked his dead master's body of the roof of the mobile store before leaping of onto a platform.
Nobody has seen Darren since that dark day, but he will soon once again reveal himself to the galaxy, and they will know his fury.
