Re: Bill and Ted III?
Came about in about 1989. Bill and Ted need to pass their history test and so a guy from the future (George Carlin) comes and gives them a time machine which looks like a phone booth (Doctor Who anyone) and sends them off to learn first hand what history was like. So they go to various places and pick up various historical dudes to learn from. Hilarity then ensues. Video:
Try to pick out the historical dudes (and one chick). :]

Re: Bill and Ted III?
I loved the old movies. Also the second one where their "evil Roboter uses" kill them Terminator-like and they end in hell where they play different games with the Grimreaper to get free.
But that was over 20 years ago. I'm afraid a new one would be terrible embarrassing.

Re: Bill and Ted III?
Could you place all the figures? The ones they didn't name outright of course. :]
I'll give you this one: Napoleon bowling.
At the beginning he says "wait!" so he can bowl first, and then when he's ditched he says "wait!" again and again. When thrown out, he says, "do you not know who I am, sir!" The rest is pretty explanatory

Re: Bill and Ted III?
I had no sound last time I watched it, thence stopped early.
Now but... I'd guess the first one is Artus.. or Joan of Orleans, then Beethoven and that other dude in the store must be Genghis Khan. Love the scene. It's a lot better with music.

Re: Bill and Ted III?
Yeah Joan of Arc, Beethoven, and Genghis Khan are the only ones they don't name, except Billy the Kid, who they sort of name. And who can't recognize Napoleon? :]
Of course Beethoven shouldn't have been able to hear a single sound, which they actually put in the movie when the phone box appears to pick him up and the audience freaks out while he continues playing, oblivious.

Re: Bill and Ted III?
I managed to find this, where Ralph Macchio is in a duel with the devil and Steve Vai is his opponent. Macchio almost loses but then beats him with playing classical musical music on the guitar, which I guess the devil never expected.
It's funny because Steve Vai is actually playing Macchio's guitar part in the scene. So he's playing the good guy's winning version, and the devil's messed up version.
It's kind of long but you can clearly see when Daniel-san switches to classical and fraks up the whole plan. ;] Start at about 5:40 if you get bored.

They banned the original song for Germany and don't show the link to circumvent it. The good guy's classical part in that second vid however is really worth the win!

Re: Bill and Ted III?
Math, I found this, you might be able to see it. It's long but but the Bill and Ted portion is at 6:50. But I recommend watching the whole thing, because it's the guitarist of Extreme doing all of his best solos one by one, live on stage. By the time he gets to the Bill and Ted one, which to me sounds the hardest, he actually looks bored and yawns, yet still plays it awesomely.
It was like child's play to him. After he'd been playing nonstop, solo, for almost 7 minutes.
