2012 London Olympics

So who saw the Opening Ceremony, and what did you think?

I absolutely loved the forging of the rings, and I thought the assembly of the Olympic Flame at the end was brilliant with each nation contributing one copper "petal."

To sum up my thoughts: I JUST LOVE THE OLYMPICS.

I was a little disappointed by the Opening Ceremony.....it was kinda boring. The band that sang Come Together was pretty awesome. I just like watching the athletes walk in.....some of the countries had some interesting clothes on.

Great one.

But I have to disagree about his opinion about fencing. Both of my nephews are fencers and the tournament are very exciting. If you know a little about the rules.

I fenced for two years in college, so yes, I agree. Still...its hard to argue with lightsabers. :P
