The Gambler's World once again is the target of violence and theft as another shoot-out has ensued at its spaceports, leaving several sentients dead and left one Falleen with a singed topknot. This disturbing account happened less than a mere day after an explosion rocked the storefront district, leaving several tourists and gamblers dead.

The lone survivor of this shoot-out, a Falleen named Kaasad, was interviewed by the Vorzyd Security Force, claiming the shoot-out was a result from pirates stealing his prized freighter. The Falleen claimed that he was heading back to his ship after a night of gambling and accompanied by his friends back to the spaceport, when he saw a Zeltronian female inside his freighter attempting to fire up the power convertors to his ship.

After confronting the woman, the Falleen reported he was assaulted by a band of pirates who emerged from the shadows and attempted to gun him down along with his friends. In self-defense, Kaasad and his entourage returned fire, resulting in several deaths. It was claimed the pirates had escaped in his freighter and have left off-world.

Kaasad describes the Zeltronian female as half-human, as he described her skin was not completely pink as most Zeltrons are. As for the others, he described one pirate to be a human male with the other being female. The Falleen has been taken down to Security headquarters in an attempt to identify the criminals via arrest records. Vorzyd Security Force will issue out arrest warrants and possible bounties to these thieves when they are indentified. Kaasad has also announced he would offer a substantial reward for the capture of these criminals, along with the return of his ship.

"What bothers me is not that my ship was stolen," he sadly states. "It is that they murdered most of my friends and wounded the rest. Justice needs to be served and I hope the citizens of Vorzyd V have the heart to find these criminals and report them to the authorities."

According to the V.S.F. there claims to be no connection between the explosion that happened at the storefront and this recent bout in the spaceport.

Bragga the Hutt continues to claim in a statement he had nothing to do with either incident.
