Truss Financial fails, IGBC aquires assets.

The Intergalactic Holding Company, Truss Financial filed for Chapter 1138 bankruptcy earlier this week, citing an inability to operate under recent restrictions imposed on them by the IGBC. The Banking Clan has already announced plans to sell off the majority of Truss' assets, but will temporarily retain control of the Intergalactic Communications Hub on Praesitlyn and use a portion of the ad space to help auction off the flood of merchandise being acquired from defaulting companies.
"No other programming changes are in the works" said a Banking Clan spokesperson regarding the acquisition. "We aren't interested in getting into the broadcasting business. We would really like to see everything continue uninterrupted until we can eventually unload this asset as well.."
Neither the New Republic nor the Imperial Remnant has commented so far on the IGBC's plans, but several NR officials have criticized the Banking Clan in the past for hoarding seized equipment and medical supplies to artificially inflate their price.
